STAR CRUNCH BARS

Making your own crunch bar is much easier and healthier compare to getting them from the store.

Ingredients

Thick caramel sauce, 5 ounces

1 ½ cups of flax cereal, crunchy

1 tbspn butter

4 tbspn hemp seeds, shelled

12 ounces dark chocolate, melted

Procedure:

With the use of a large pot, the caramel sauce will be heated, low eat will be used till it get melted

The hemp seeds and butter will be added. Stir thoroughly till they become well mixed

After removing from heat, add the flax cereal, stir well till the caramel mixture coats evenly.

Grease will then be added to a muffin tin, drop some spoonful of the above mixture into greased tin. Press it down gently and make ten patties from it. Set the patties; place them in a refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes.

Get a baking sheet, line it with a parchment paper, take the cool parties and dip them into a melted chocolate one at a time for coating purpose. All this will be repeated with the caramel patties, while placing them onto the lined baking pan.

Make the chocolate ready, place it in a refrigerator for about 30 to 45 minutes.

Serve the meal, put left over in the refrigerator. With the flax seeds and hemp seeds, they can be called protein bars since they provide protein.
